Shipping & delivery

Standard U.S. shipping is $7.95, with free shipping on orders $89 or more. Allow 1–3 business days for processing and 5–7 business days in transit. For details, see our Shipping Policy

Returns & refunds

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with tags and accessories. Contact us before sending anything back. See our Return & Refund Policy for eligibility, postage and refund details.

Exchanges

Approved exchanges depend on availability. Contact us with your order number and the item you would like instead. We will explain the next steps before you send anything back. Ordinary exchange return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged or incorrect items

Contact us with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Keep the packaging while we review the issue. Tom Franklin covers approved return shipping for items that arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Order tracking

Items in the same order may ship separately at no additional charge. When tracking is available, we email the tracking details after carrier handoff. Visit Track Your Order if you need help finding them.
