30-day return window
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. To qualify, an item must be unworn, unused, in its original condition and packaging, and include all tags and accessories.
Start a return
Contact us before shipping anything back. Include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason. We will send return instructions after reviewing the request. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for ordinary return and exchange shipping. Tom Franklin covers approved return shipping when an item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or the return resulted from our error.
Damaged or incorrect items
Inspect your order after delivery and contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Do not discard the packaging or return the item until we provide instructions.
Order cancellations
You may request to cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it. Email care@tomfranklin.com and include your order number and the email address used at checkout. We will confirm by email when the cancellation has been completed. Cancellation requests received more than 24 hours after the order was placed cannot be accepted.
Exchanges
Approved exchanges depend on availability. The fastest option may be to return the original item and place a new order after the return is approved.
Refunds
After an approved return is received and inspected, we notify you of the result. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 calendar days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the credit.
Exceptions
Final-sale items, gift cards, personalized items, and items showing wear or damage after delivery may be ineligible for return, except where required by law.
